My intent would be to have a column heading of RFI, SI, DCVR, or Dr. Checks, and I would like to enter the specific number to one of these catagories that is driving a Revision or Supplimental Information. Mainly an inner office hidden column that we can use to keep track of revisions.

I'm wondering if there's an easier way than marking every point along the topography line with an elevation. ie, extruding a spline to a certain height.
